The Hostel is situated in a peaceful area of Falun,

Hälsinggården, approx. 3 km east of the centre of Falun and at a walking distance of the beautiful lake Runn.

The hostel has three buildings. In each of the three buildings there is a guest kitchen and a dining room with TV.

The breakfast buffet is served in the reception building.

During the summer season we also have a small café in our garden where you can sit and have your morning coffee.

We have 40 rooms in all with 125 beds. They are spacious 2-, 3- & 4- bedded rooms as well as two smaller single rooms.

The hostel is an ideal base for excursions in Falun and the vicinity. Falu Coppermine, Sundborn with the home of

Carl Larsson, the baroque garden in Gamla Staberg,

Lugnet with the ski stadium, Dalarnas Museum,

Ornässtugan, Torsång with the motor museum and the

oldest church in Dalarna are only a few suggestions for interesting destinations in the area af Falun.
